Talia graduated from University of Birmingham in 2009 with an Honours degree in Sport, Physical Education and Community Studies and then went on to gain a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from University of Hertfordshire in 2012.
Having worked for the NHS and various private clinics, Talia has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of conditions, including age-related conditions and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Talia completed her Foundation training in Acupuncture with ALIED and regularly updates her knowledge and skills by attending courses and lectures given by consultants relating to her field of work in physiotherapy.
Talia has an approved Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Talia provides virtual, clinic and home visit appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
When not working, Talia enjoys spending time with her family and exercising. She is particularly keen on playing and watching football.
Avital graduated from University of Birmingham with a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences and went on to gain a Distinction in a Physiotherapy Masters degree from Brunel University in 2016.
Avital is currently working in the NHS alongside working for On The Go Physio and is experienced in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, as well as long-term management for chronic pain and ante-natal issues.
Avital has completed a sports and kinesiology-taping course and has an approved Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Avital works for On The Go Physio every Thursday both virtually and in the clinic in Borehamwood.
Josh graduated from Brunel University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy, where he also completed a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. Since graduating, Josh has worked predominantly in private practice, honing a hands-on approach to treatment.
Josh has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in spinal and shoulder conditions. During the day Josh works as a First Contact Physiotherapist for the NHS, working with GP practices to provide patients with initial care and access to secondary services. He has most recently been spending a day each week administering the covid-19 vaccine.
Josh continues to update his knowledge and skills by attending professional courses and keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based practise.
He has an approved Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Josh works for On The Go Physio every Monday evening in the clinic and virtually.
Jessie graduated from University of Birmingham with a First Class degree with Honours in Physiotherapy in 2021. Having worked as a rotational acute physiotherapist in an NHS hospital for a year, Jessie then began working as a paediatric physiotherapist in the NHS and is currently based in outpatient clinics, special schools and on an acute paediatric NHS ward.
Jessie has a keen interest in paediatric musculoskeletal conditions and continuing to learn and develop in her career as a paediatric physiotherapist. Jessie will be available to assess and treat children every Tuesday afternoon at On the Go Physio in clinic or on a virtual basis.
She has an approved Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys teaching acro classses on weekends, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
Debbie ensures smooth running of the therapists’ diaries and takes bookings over the phone or email.
Debbie has previously worked as a medical secretary for a research unit and more recently, a receptionist in a busy NHS GP surgery.
When not working, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and her cocker spaniel Jessie.
